Called the shop this morning and spoke with Smitty. Told him that the undercarriage covering on my Honda Fit had dropped down and was dragging on the road. I asked if I could bring it in today to get it fixed. He said “Sure”. So, I brought it in at 1:00 and went to waiting room. Not ten. Minutes later, he drove my car up and said he just had to put in a couple of screws that had fallen out. I was good to. Go. No. Charge. And, he gave me a little box of chocolates, joking that he seemed to be paying ME for fixing my car! I love this place! They really treat their customers like family.

I’ve had several oil changes and other maintenance done on my Subaru at this service shop and I will never go anywhere else. The overall check is thorough, they send you text updates on your service progress, they email pictures of their findings. Never once did I feel I was pressured into a maintenance that wasn’t needed. They finish on time and do quality work. Prices are of course better than at the dealership and you have access to your car maintenance records. Very professional.

I had a great experience. Their employee Alex took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand. The pricing is fair and they set you up with an account that rewards you points with every service so you can earn free services. Their shuttle took me to work in the morning after I dropped off my car so I didn’t have to worry about that. They really care about providing quality customer service.

They delivered on their promise to fix my car in a day. This is the third family vehicle we have taken to SSA and we would not trust any other shop to work on our cars. They are like a hidden gem that I want to keep to myself but here I am sharing with the world! I called to see why my driver side mirror was busted upon picking up my car. They did not reach back to me. I had to call them. I was given the run around and not to mention I was overcharged for the diagnosis by $25. Also when I picked up my vehicle the back near the battery was taken apart and just left in my back seat. A service rep lied to me and blamed a homeless person but I found pieces to my broken mirror inside the locked car upon pick up. He said it was damaged the morning they recieved the vehicle. I had to come back and tow it home the next day. While I was at the shop paying I went to my car to get papers from the glove compartment. There was no damage then. I had to tow it that night after work and that is when I saw the damage. Either way why did they not call and tell me it was damaged? I hate dishonesty and that's what I got here along with being overcharged, and the battery compartment torn apart.
