The staff is very professional, personable and knowledgeable in what they do. They are accommodating to my requests for estimates I’ve specifically inquired about and provide detailed information on what they have done to my vehicle. They give recommendations As to what they feel should be addressed with no pressure. I would highly recommend them to you for your vehicle’s service and repair needs.

The serivice was good. It would be great if they told me they had a customer lounge and not have me waiting outside for 2 hour outside. Had to ask the staff just to make sure my car was done 30mins after it was moved. I was at the shop for close to 3 hours for a A/C service. The A/C is blowing cold now so i aint complaining.

Recently had my car worked on by Joe and his expert mechanics. They are always so friendly and professional. Will continue to do business with Joe and highly recommend him to my friends!

Worst customer service experience EVER!! Do NOT trust or use the online tool that provides an estimate - it is inaccurate and they will not stand by that estimate. When questioned, Scott does not have an answer. Staff - Scott in Service specifically, are rude and unprofessional. After vehicle being in shop 2 days - we were told to pick up vehicle because we questioned their service estimate. Not ONCE do they call you for an update (even though they claim they will)... it was just unbelievable. Owner given the opportunity to make things right, but refused to do anything or maybe never even told. Should always trust your instinct... the moment they would not stand by the online estimate tool, we should have walked. Worth going to the dealer instead of dealing with unprofessional gross shop. Went based on other reviews of customers, but won't be back.

I had the best mechanic but he moved out of state so I needed to find a new one. I looked at reviews, then called and asked to speak to a manager or owner. The owner was very articulate and explained how they are very transparent. The day I brought my car in to be checked the service writer was very nice (he asked me “would you like me to wear a mask; we want you to feel comfortable”). Although the man had excellent customer service skills he wrote up an estimate that was over $2000! This was after I explained that I don’t have money. I asked the service manager to review the estimate and I explained my situation to him; he understood and went through the estimate. In the end the service manager was able to significantly decrease the price. I might go back I’m not sure yet... I will say that when I drove my car after they did the inspection and prior to doing the service, the inside was dusty because they left a window open. I also sent the owner an email and he didn’t respond to it which I’m my humble opinion does not demonstrate good customer service skills. We will have to see how the car does before I decide whether I will be a repeat customer...

The staff is very knowledgeable & courteous. They were fast in completing the job. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

I’ve now used Sacramento Specialty Auto Repair twice and have been impressed both times. I really like the detailed report you receive after each visit, and the shop goes over those details as well. I will continue to use them for as long as I own my Toyota.

It was a great experience! They came and picked up my two vehicles and they did the work on them and brought them back when they were done!😁 It was really quick at that! I will definitely take my vehicles to them to fix again!
