On 3/27/24 I went into the shop to get my trunk latch fix and was 1st, greeted right away by the very pleasant receptionist and then Alex who I spoke with on the phone came out shortly after remember who I was based on the phone call prior to my visit, he also was very nice and he look at my trunk and realize what it needed and went into to action to fix for me. It was really aa all around great experience for me , to put the icing on the cake, Alex would not charge me I even asked if I could at least buy him lunch, and he would not accept. I don't get such great genuine service like this often, so I had to shout out Alex and your receptionist great smiles, energy, and service. I would highly recommend the shop. Thank you again! 😊

I was rear ended months ago and my bumper and muffler were replaced, but my check engine light came on soon after and the previous shop wanted nothing to do with it claiming they fixed everything and ran a systems check and that my car had no other issues. Thankfully, Sacramento Specialty did a thorough diagnostic and identified that the fuel canister was lodged in a manner where it was pressing against the fuel line (as a result of the accident). Although I hope to never see SSA again (knock on wood) I now know where I will go and recommend others for future repairs.

Took my vehicle in to get diesel removed from “gas vehicle” (accidental fill up). The shop charged us 10gal worth of fuel when we received pickup truck it was empty 🤷‍♂️ The shop failed to clean the spark plugs. Causing further damage to my engine after the cleanup. The techs at this shop laughed and said if any other problems occur take it to Toyota.

Hi Sean, Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your truck. It is never a good thing when diesel fuel is put into your 2024 Toyota Tundra. As we did remove the tank, drain, and clean it. It appears you are running into a problem after a month from leaving our shop. I do hope the diesel fuel mishap does not cause any other future problems for your truck. I was sure to talk with Maita Toyota, so they knew exactly what happened with your truck.
