These guys saved my A$$ !!! They found that there would be over $3k worth of work on a used CraigsListed Subaru that I was considering purchasing. The detailed report along with all of the photos they emailed me then even took 20 minutes to give me a download over the phone. They went above & beyond my expectations, especially since the car was in Sacramento & I would have to drive from Santa Cruz. If I lived in Sac, this is the only shop I'd go to!

I'm no slouch when it comes to working on cars but there comes a time when you realize your over your head. I was at this point with two vehicles and was slightly concerned the issue would take not only a lengthy time to diagnose but also the chance it would be incorrectly diagnosed. To my relief they had both cars solved in a days time proving to me their techs really are not just your average mechanics but intelligent diagnosticians that will figure out what's wrong with your vehicle before throwing a part at it.

My daughter has used this business for years, so recently while en route home from A funeral in Yuba City, I stopped in to replace a brake light, rather than wait to go to the dealer near my wife's Alzheimer's facility from which I had bought my Forester. They promptly replaced it at no charge, not knowing of the repairs to my daughter's car I had paid for. They were just being good Samaritans to a stranger.

I've been bringing my Subaru's here for over a decade. Joe, Tanner, and the whole crew are knowledgeable, professional, honest, trustworthy, and personable. I've bought cars from them, had them handle repairs and check ups, and even used them to buy my tires. They know Subaru's and are a strong small town family shop. I like that. My cars all run great thanks to their great preventative and curative skills.

I have had mixed feelings with this this company. Some really awesome, and some questionable, just to be honest! First time I brought my car to them I left it in the parking g lot after hours, and they made that a very seemless system. Then the service was amazing they gave me a few different options to fix the hill holder that broke. I took the cheap option because I'm on a budget. It's nice of them to give me that option, some would just make you spend more even if you didn't need to. Then they check the rest of the car and found I needed to get my head gaskets fixed. So I did that. They did a great job. Here's where the BAD came in....one of the techs stole cash out of my car! So I called and they were very apologetic and offered to refund what ever was gone, and offered to "hook it up" next visit via oil change ect.. Great service. Then about 900 miles after they fix the head gaskets my radiator cracked. So I went back without an appointment and they got my car right onto the shop and fixed the radiator, and didn't charge me for anything! About $280. All in all I am very happy with everyone that works for the company, they are great people. It all stems from the owner and his son, the Brazil's. I will definitely go back in the future, and I suggest you do the same.
