Stopped in on my way home from a conference because my oil light came on. I asked to buy a quart of oil. They sent a tech out to my car, who added more than a quart and then when I tried to pay, they said it was on the house. I just don't run into this level of courtesy very often anymore. The receptionist was very sweet, too. Great place!!

Do good work. I found Alpha Subaru through a friend, in a crisis situation. We use them for all three cars now. They are always busy, but make time to check out our problems and give us honest feedback on what needs to be done and when.

BAD customer service. I used theses guys for a few years with no issues BUT recently the customer service/ phone rep is rude, and seems to have no interest in pleasing the customer. ALSO the bottom line, THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH. I compared prices and found Alfas Subaru is higher than all compared. Too bad, they used to be good. GO ELSEWHERE.

I am very impressed with the service! I am a new subaru owner, and they patiently answered all of my questions and found cost effective ways to fix my broken fog light. I highly recommend Alpha Subaru!

Exceptional service. Been a customer for 10 years. Excellent service.....always! Had a 2004 Forester, recently bought a 2015 Forester because I trust only Joe to service my vehicle. That says it all!!
