Outstanding experience with this shop, I totally recommend them... We had a head gasket issue and now have an amazing vehicle! I had one of the guys at work look over the list of things that were itemized out and he said they did it right. He said it was very thorough and I should feel very comfortable that they are Subaru experts and have done it right. I appreciate the hard work and the great car in exchange. Nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My Forester is a bit of a monster with various problems, so here's the short list: (1) first time I went to the shop they replaced two outside belts on the spot and didn't charge labor, (2) drive staff was replaced and they charged $50 bucks less on the labor they quoted, and (3) yesterday Joe installed a used part to help my persistent ignition problem free of charge. I have some bigger issues to address in the future and I would not consider going to any other shop (including the dealer).

Strongly recommended. I would strongly recommend Alfas Subarus. Although I was a new customer, they treated me like I had been coming in all my life. It was a major repair, so I called several times with questions and was never treated like a nuisance. I love going to a mechanic who really knows and respects Subarus. And now my car runs great!
