Awesome place and I was so well taken care of. I only wish that they had appointments after 3 and on weekends so that I could make them my regular go to place. Other than that they were great fair reasonably priced honest and efficient.

The team did a great job as usual on our 2013 Scion. Water pump went out. Dropped off on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday. It is peace of mind to know we have good mechanics in our corner.

I had the best mechanic but he moved out of state so I needed to find a new one. I looked at reviews, then called and asked to speak to a manager or owner. The owner was very articulate and explained how they are very transparent. The day I brought my car in to be checked the service writer was very nice (he asked me “would you like me to wear a mask; we want you to feel comfortable”). Although the man had excellent customer service skills he wrote up an estimate that was over $2000! This was after I explained that I don’t have money. I asked the service manager to review the estimate and I explained my situation to him; he understood and went through the estimate. In the end the service manager was able to significantly decrease the price. I might go back I’m not sure yet... I will say that when I drove my car after they did the inspection and prior to doing the service, the inside was dusty because they left a window open. I also sent the owner an email and he didn’t respond to it which I’m my humble opinion does not demonstrate good customer service skills. We will have to see how the car does before I decide whether I will be a repeat customer...

We asked Sacramento Specialty Automotive to inspect our car and provide a complete list of repairs need. Throughout the process, I felt that the staff was thorough and honest about the major and minor repairs needed. Because we have an older car, we had a good discussion about the repairs that were needed and whether the car was worth the investment. They provided good advice and were helpful throughout the process.

There guys are the absolute best! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy, I wont go anywhere else 10/10

Family owned business with honest, professional, and friendly staff that will explain your car's needs thoroughly in a no pressure environment. Clean, state of the art equipment. Even the waiting room is clean and well stocked with Keurig coffee, drinks and snacks.
