Seriously the best auto shop I have encountered after living in many states. They are efficient, communicate throughout the entire process, are professional, and don’t try to overcharge or convince you to do unnecessary repairs. I trust them completely and am grateful to have found such a wonderful shop to bring my Subaru.

This was my first time and they were very professional and communicated in a timely manner! They were also very nice and welcoming. Clean and great service! I will definitely recommend the! Alex was super great!

The serivice was good. It would be great if they told me they had a customer lounge and not have me waiting outside for 2 hour outside. Had to ask the staff just to make sure my car was done 30mins after it was moved. I was at the shop for close to 3 hours for a A/C service. The A/C is blowing cold now so i aint complaining.

Scott over at Sacramento Specialty Automotive was extremely professional on the phone, and greeted me right when I pulled in. It was easy to drop off and I was blown away by how thorough their inspections were- each item was photographed and sent to me with the description of service needed and cost. I was able to work with Scott to get all the necessary parts fixed and/or replaced at a very reasonable price. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will absolutely be using them again!
