It was a great relief to be given special treatment. I was on an overnight trip from the south Bay Area, when I found myself staring at a check engine indicator while the engine was running so rough, I didn't want to drive for fear of causing more damage. SSA was able to diagnose my car in a couple hours and replace my stuck PCV valve. Everything that was wrong with my car, like low oil and misfire made sense when the mechanic explained the problem. SSA arranged for a ride for me to get to my nearby meeting. After the meeting the car was repaired and I was on the road home, same day. It was a great blessing to be treated so well. They know how to do Customer Service well.

My sister recommend this place for repair of the 1998 Legacy Outback she handed down to me when she moved out of state. They were awesome! Didn't know I had to leave it there for the free inspection. Duh. They provided my ride back home and back again! And the inspection was free. Hello?? I'm a customer service guru and that was the best!! The estimate was right on time too.
