Oh man, I owe these guys (especially Will and Alex) big time. I purchased a 2006 Subaru Outback XT from Ashur Motors in Orangevale in September 2016 (AVOID AT ALL COSTS). I won't even begin to explain what all has gone wrong with this awful car ($6700 in repairs), but let's just say it's been so many things that Sac Specialty knows my car pretty darn well. Everything from a sensor that stranded me on the I-80 to a power steering pump and rack, these guys have put an amazing effort into getting me up and running. As someone that didn't know much about cars, they were always willing to talk through things with me and what was necessary and what could be postponed. After having a hell of a year, it was extremely comforting knowing that there was a shop I could rely on to make me feel safe in my own car. Still don't believe me? On my way up from San Diego back to Sacramento my check engine light and sensors went off. I was moving up to Portland the next day. *Cue melt down*. After a phone call to Will and a "sure, come on in", I brought the car in where they flushed the system, adjusted a few things, and made sure the car was 100% safe to get up north. It made it to Portland, and KNOCK ON WOOD it's still chugging along. Seriously, thank you Will and Alex and Sac Specialty. You guys are a dime in a dozen.
