I took my truck in for a diagnostic… the service was good getting checked in. However, the quotes they gave me for repairs were extremely high. They quoted me on several different jobs. One of the jobs was replacing the alternator. They quoted around $650, but the part was only $200 and my husband who is not a mechanic, replaced it within half an hour…. So for a mechanic with all the tools to charge $400+ in labor for a half an hour job seems pretty ridiculous. Also, there was a small oil leak that was listed in why we needed the car diagnosted, and instead of doing a simple clean of the oil pan to see the leak came from the seal, which I stated it was, they wanted to run a die through and charge another fee for that and then another $200 diagnostic fee.

I saved lots of money because of them. They don't push you to do this and that, you will not feel intimidated unlike other repair shops. They also have complimentary UBER ride if you need one.
