I work near Specialty Automotive and for that reason alone I decide to inquire about a brake inspection for my Infiniti M45. I did not know anyone that worked there or had there vehicle serviced there. Strictly went because of the convenience of being so close to my work and I am so glad I did. From the first conversation I had with Chris, He was professional, courteous and upfront of what I could expect from him. He was true to his word and delivered a complete detailed report of the condition of my brakes as well as other items that would need to be addressed. My brake job was completed on time and there were no add-ons. I have never written a review of any kind before, and I may never write a second, but I feel that good about my experience. I will be going back to address the other items that were pointed out and I strongly recommend anyone to at the very minimum, to give them an opportunity to quote any service your vehicle you may have.
