Despite breaking down in Sacramento when I live in San Francisco right before Labor Day weekend, I found everyone who worked here very helpful, patient and kind—I want to emphasize the patient and kind part because it’s what made the initial feeling of being stranded hours away from home situation/experience a whole lot better. An especially big thank you to Wes and the guys who worked on my car specifically. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable car mechanic work and exceptional customer service.

Great service they helped us firefighters get our repairs on our fire engine the same day. That was very awesome to push alot of there business aside for us first responders! I highly recommend this mechanic shop! Thank you again Sacramento specialty automotive company!

Did a great job addressing my concerns of my radiator fans not working. They asked for other services which I declined most, but they did a great job on the ones I accepted. Very fast and professional.

Great service. Great and friendly staff. I was having issues with my car caused by a different shop and I called Sacramento Specialty Auto and they got my car in the same day and got me a loaner at no extra charge. They identified my problem and worked with me to get it solved and now my car is riding smooth. Will definitely be going back next time I need a shop

I went in not knowing I needed an appointment but was able to be squeezed in the following day. Upon arrival I was greeted, I felt very welcomed & before I know it my car was done. They have a very nice wait room for customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future car needs.

Had AC checked on my sons 2005 Honda accord a while back. Was determined everything needed to be replaced. I ended up putting can of Freon in and it worked for 1.5 years. They refunded diagnosis fee. Had it inspected second time some other shop and determined whole system needed to be replaced. Was ready to just sell it since repairs cost as much as value of the car. Received E-Mail for 20 percent of AC services. The discount helped big time. Scheduled appointment for replacing AC system and they replaced it all in one day just before big heat wave. So no new car payments Great use of technology to keep customers Happy!
