I went here to get a full vehicle inspection before driving to California. They looked at me dead in my face and lied about my car and its problems. Only truth to what they said was my windshield wipers left streaks which is obvious. They tried to charge me 1700 for work I didn’t need, took photos of random car parts to justify the lies they told. The woman said “ you will not make it across the country with these problems”. I made it 2700 miles with no problems in two days…. Also I was still charged for a vehicle inspection after I was told if I got anything work did to my car they would waive the price of the inspection. I got my windshield wipers replaced yet I still had to pay for the vehicle inspection. Bad business.

Hi Zimir, I am glad to here that you made it 2700 miles with no issues. During your inspection, we did find that you had a coolant leak present. When making a long drive like you are, it is never a good idea to drive with a coolant leak. We advised you that this may cause you an issue. We do apologize if there was some confusion on explaining this to you. We do hope you have a safe trip. Hi Everyone, I showed up right on time for my day of endless TV time. My 2012 Outback 3.6R needed some TLC to catch up on the maintenance schedule. They did everything while I was watching my multiple recorded shows on xfinity. My Scoobie drives straight now and gleefully drives with well lubricated parts and doesn't leak coolant anymore. Thanks Alex, Jackie and the mechanic for putting up with me waiting all day in their lounge area.

Hi Scoobie Techs, You did a great job, you listened to my concerns about the noise I was hearing from my front left wheel and you fixed it in jiffy. Plus you replace some of my lights with led bulbs, what a difference! Now the dear are going to see my coming before I can bring home to fresh venison. Thanks, Matthew K
