Alex did not disappoint. Fantastic customer service even going above and beyond. Following with constant updates about my car status. Car was finish repair in a timely manners and I was not disappoint. Got my vehicle back on the day they mention to me. Thank you Alex for the excellent customer service going above and beyond and Bill for working on my vehicle. First off, they actually answered the phone. The other shop I called only had voicemail and returned my call two days later and after Specialty Automotive finished the job. Secondly, the previous mechanic I took my truck too qould always tell me he couldn't find the part. SA never mentioned that problem, fixed my electrical issue in one day at a reasonable price. Customer service is great. They even called a week later to see how thinga were going. You don't encounter that anymore. Great shop to take your vehicle to for great work.
