I am so pleased with this company. The staff seemed genuinely concerned about my situation and worked towards making me happy with making the decision to use their services. The repair cost was very comparable and m car drives beautifully. As an added bonus they posted a coupon on their website which saved me even more money. If there were more stars available, I would definitely give them.

My dad owned and operatef anauto repair garage. That’s where I learned how to work on cars from working the garage during the sum. That said, my experience with Sacramento Specialty Automotive (SSA) was exceptional. The satff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of Subaru’s. Even though I explained to them in detail what my car needed, they still conducted a thorough inspection and gave me a complete breakdown of the overall condition of my car. I myself am a bit of a perfectionist and I must say that SSA completely exceeded my expectations. Once the work got under way, they provided me with regular progress reports and notified me whenever they discovered anything out of the ordinary that would add to the cost of the repairs. Once the repairs were finished and I drove the car for the first time, it felt like a new car. Engine purred like a kitten and it even felt like it gained a bit of horsepower. I definitely now feel like my car is reliable once again and I have the peace of mind that I can take it anywhere and not have any anxiety about a possible breakdown. I highly recommend to anyone to strongly consider using SSA and make them there go to auto repair shop. I have a 1999 Toyota pick up that intend to bring to their shop early next year so that they can go through it with a fine tooth comb and get everything up to snuff. Like our Subaru, I want to have the piece of mind that I can take my truck into remote areas for wildlife photography and not worry about getting stranded.

I had my Honda Civic recently diagnosed last week and repaired at Sacramento Specialty Automotive, I’ve also had my Subaru Wrx repaired here in May 23 vehicles were not working at all for various and multiple reasons. My experience has been the same on both vehicles - they were able complete repairs in a timely manner, kept me updated, and provided excellent service from all staff members. Sac. Speciality Automotive got our car running right the first time, no complaints and honestly at peace driving our cars knowing they’ve done quality work. My Wrxs been back on the road since May zero issues & Hondas been running great as well. Sac Speciality Automotive def has customer for life

First time being here I got my transmission replaced after it pretty much quit within a day of having problems. The staff here were professional, even gave me a couple days to get the money together so they can do the work which they didn't have to do. They actually replaced it quite quickly after they acquired the part. Definitely bringing my vehicle back here for some much needed maintenance work soon.
