I usually do all of my own work, but had to bring it in to have something done that required a level car lift. First thing I noticed was a very clean and organized shop space. I knew my car was impeccable and nothing was wrong with it before bringing it in. After they changed the cvt fluid they inspected the car and of course found nothing that needed to be done. This showed me they were honest and not trying to upsell anyone. 5 stars, would recommend. Also, their dog is a good old boy. His name is Dozer and he will greet you with a smile and tail wag.

I had a pre-purchase inspection done here for a 2018 Subaru Forester. They were VERY nice and timely! They did a very thorough inspection that included a drive test. The results were sent to me online in a very easy to read manner.

I ended up taking my car here because I saw the great reviews and i’m new to the sacramento area. I wanted to find a good car repair place. My car was making some noises (probably the transmission) and they revised the entire car which was great. However, I took my car back on Friday (didn’t drive it at all saturday) and drove a few blocks on Sunday to get groceries. My car was heating up and was smoking from the hood. Turns out they either forgot to put the coolant cap on or didn’t tighten it enough. I had no coolant when I opened the hood of my car. Luckily for me I was going back home and had the chance to park my car before it can get worse.

This company really puts forth the effort to provide customer satisfaction and to get the customers car back on the road again. Everyone there works very hard to get the job done and they also guarantee and warranty their service and parts and they are very very professional and they stand by and behind their services and products. I've brought my Subaru in twice now and neither time did they disappoint. Both front desk ladies are so helpful and sweet. Sara is the one who helped me and she was honest. She told me upfront what I really needed to get done that day and what I could hold off on. I think it's rare to find car places that actually care about your car AND your finances. I'll absolutely be coming back if I need work done. As an added bonus they have the sweetest old pup in their front lobby

I don't know what the hell happened this day but my service was poor. I saw all the good reviews and decided to take my car for a transmission drain and fill. I told them I had a tight schedule and they said it would take up to two hours and seemed nice. Almost 5 hours go by I call to check on my car forgot who was servicing my car so they said they call back. 15 min go by I get a call and ask if I could pick up my car, the man says about that as soon as I lifted your hood I saw many problems, leaking radiator and leaking Coolant so I decided to save you the money. I asked so you didn't do anything and didn't call me? He responded with well that's what I'm doing now. I laughed hung up, picked up my car and they knew not to charge me. You thought he would want to make more money and service the other problems? Waisted my one day off and left completely unsatisfied. If you want to test your patience go here

I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning. Kristy called me Tuesday afternoon and stated that they were short workers and she would have an diagnosis and estimate later in the day, which I really appreciate. However , Kristy never called on Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon I called and John answered. I explained to him that I was calling about my car and he told me that Kristy would call me back. By 3:30pm I did not hear from Kristy. I was concerned so I stopped by the shop. Kristy was not there. John greeted me and went on to explain that Kristy was going to call but she had to leave. John then explains to me they were slammed with work and that he would have my car ready tomorrow. Why couldn't he have told me this on the phone when I called? Why would I leave my car with a shop that is trying to complete more repairs then they can handle.! John was a real duche bag. Very rude and could careless about communication with the customer. John, You should consider working on your customer service skills. Being mean and rude is a reflection of what you thought of me. It must be easy to be mean and rude to someone when you think less of them..

My 2015 Forester and I have been with Joe, Tanner and the team, since the first mtce. I only come here, since the experience is superb.
