Extremely disappointed with my visit here and won’t be coming back. Paid $300 for two separate diagnostic tests, I.e. for a hose clamp to be tightened and to confirm the code for as to why my check engine light is on. The latter of which can be done for free at any auto store. I wanted to get a new catalytic converter so didn’t really question the “diagnostic fees”, as I was told that they could roll over into the work that I would have done. (It was also 8:30am and I am three months postpartum and had the baby waiting) This was all before finding out that a new cat would be 1700, which is interesting because I was told last November that the part itself costs 800 but now suddenly the part costs 1600. Ironically I just received an email this morning from you guys saying that dealers are offering parts for cheaper with all of the COVID stuff happening. To top it all off, I had received a text for 15% off labor and did not receive that discount. When asked, Alex said he would have the owner fix it the next day and it is the next day and I have not received the email receipt with the refund that was promised. I would have chosen to get all my work done here including oil changes and whatnot but after this I will not be returning or recommending that anyone come here. Some “family business” that is really just a scam.
