I’ve been bringing my 14 Impreza here for 40K miles now, and I now bring my wife’s new 17 Forester in too. Even when we moved 55 miles away to the hills, I still make the trip to Sac Specialty for my service work. Honest and friendly employees, fair pricing, and great work performed. I’ve never picked up my car and not been 100% satisfied with the experience.

Sacramento Specialty Automotive is wonderful. I've had my Honda in for big and small services now, and each time they've taken wonderful care of me and my car. Their pricing is fair and the quality of work is top-notch. They communicate well from start to finish, and made great recommendations. I'm from a small town, and have found nothing like these guys elsewhere outside my home town. I was sent to them by a friend, and have sent friends along to them. A great mechanic is hard to find, and Sacramento Specialty Automotive is a gem.

My 2012 Mazda needed servicing and I called up these folks. They worked me into the schedule, texted and emailed me with updates. The updates had pictures of tires and brakes that needed replacing. Job was finished that day. Service and waiting areas are spotless and the attention to detail was impeccable. While I hate spending money on cars for any reason, I totally feel that I got professional and friendly service that well warrated the cost.

I visited Sacramento Specialty Automotive for new rear brakes. Upon entry, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the facility. I was immediately greeted by staff, and felt very welcomed. I was also provided a ride to and from work.The pricing for the service, which included an alignment that was later discovered, was competitive and fair. I was blown away at the inspection that was done as the business utilized a website to provide details and images for every point of inspection, and the actual repair process. This left absolutely no doubt in my mind what was needed. The transparency the business provided is unheard of.I am extremely sastified with the customer service and work done on my Subaru. Give them a 4 star communication is poor over the phone in actually talking to me about the actual issue to make sure its the actual problem when i asked several times to call me. They send a text to you an thats not good enough for some people. Other then that there very good at what they do.
