Exceptional customer service! Tanner is incredibly helpful and kind. We are lifetime customers. The entire staff is wonderful. Our 2005 Outback died. Tanner gave us fair priced quotes and options. They helped us so much- great business, clean and efficient.

My engine blew in my Lexus due a previous faulty repair by another shop. Sara at Sacramento Specialty auto repair was incredibly knowledgeable and found a good used engine which they installed in a very professional way. It was a big job and they paid attention to detail to be certain the vehicle was in top condition when they were done. The 3 yr warranty on parts and labor is by far is a big comfort and the suv runs like new. Love their service and friendly way.

Highly recommend. My first experience with this shop. They resolved a braking issue and I left fully satisfied with the outcome. The prices are a bit high, but with a positive outcome you get what you pay for, which sometimes is not the case with other businesses which may charge significantly less. Cheaper is not always better.
