Our windshield wiper motor went out in a rainstorm while traveling I-5 on a family vacation. We pulled over & called them -- they got us in right away, diagnosed the problem and repaired it and got us back on the road within a couple hours. The customer waiting area with TV and books was great for our kids while we waited. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up for taking care of our family.

Give them a 4 star communication is poor over the phone in actually talking to me about the actual issue to make sure its the actual problem when i asked several times to call me. They send a text to you an thats not good enough for some people. Other then that there very good at what they do.

These guys are a great representation of what an automotive shop should be. From the drive in where they do car walk-arounds to the clean shop area shows how much they care. The service on my Subaru was great and the advisor even told me they can handle my domestic cars too. Can't wait to be back!

Great customer service! Didn't matter that it was the day after Christmas--Joe, Tanner and the crew fixed our Outback with prompt, friendly service. Highly recommend for all Subaru owners.

I've been taking my Subaru's here for a few years now. SSA provides the BEST service! Trustworthy mechanics and staff that go above and beyond to help their clients. They even came in on a day they were scheduled closed just to make sure clients got their cars before Christmas. I always highly recommend this place to all my friends.
